Trustworthy and thorough. They do a great job and I’m never uncomfortable having them in my yard. Phyllis is a fabulous communicator and billing is super easy. It’s great having a clean yard and not having to worry about it! Plus, my dogs love them. Highly recommend.

Urbantail Cleanup was incredibly prompt and attentive to detail. They came out and were very professional and caring. I have two dogs, one is very anxious and generally not a people person, but Phyllis was so kind and gentle around my dogs that they both took a liking to her and I was immediately put at ease. The service was very thorough and it’s a great feeling not having the smell of dog waste in my trash can anymore! I highly recommend this company!

UrbanTail is easy to work with and provides excellent service. I never thought about hiring someone to clean up after our two dogs, but after tip toeing around poop in the yard this month, I called Phyllis and asked for her. She got me scheduled promptly and arrived two days later with a crew that was quiet and discreet and left no mounds of poop behind.
